Franz G. Zenker
Franz Georg Zenker , also Czenger (* 1782 , † after 1849 ), was a qualified chemist and first cook for Prince Joseph von Schwarzenberg .
Franz Zenker gained experience as a cook in France in 1800 at the court of Jean-Jacques Régis de Cambacérès and after his return he became Joseph von Schwarzenberg's “mouth cook”. In 1830 he became a "master chef". He lived in Vienna on Rennweg and in 1824 received a patent for his improvement to the cooking and meat pots. He was married to Angelicque Pauline Louise Comtesse de Velasco (* 1784 in Mons , Belgium ).
