Franz Gondolf

Franz Gondolf (born February 8, 1910 in Dieburg ; † March 3, 1968 ) was a German politician ( KPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

Franz Gondolf completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter after attending primary school and worked as a carpenter and carpenter in various cities. Since 1925 he was organized in a union and since 1927 a member of the KPD. In 1935 he was sentenced to 4 ½ years in prison for active resistance and was only released from prison in 1939. In 1943 he was called up for military service, which he did in the Penal Division 999 . After his release from captivity, Franz Gondolf returned to the KPD Hessen . For his party, he was in the first electoral period from October 5, 1949 to November 30, 1950 as a replacement for Walter Fisch , who gave up the state parliament mandate after his election to the Bundestag, a member of the Hessian state parliament.
