Franz Lach

Franz Lach (born June 15, 1887 in Celje / Cilli; † September 15, 1948 in Graz ) was a lawyer , association official and politician in Austria .

Life

Franz Lach attended elementary and middle school and studied law ( Dr. iur. )

He was chairman of the Christian Social Party (CSP) in Eisenerz and admitted to the bar in Graz since 1931, president of the Styrian Bar Association (1945 to 1948) and vice chairman of the Styrian regional group of the Austrian Economic Association .

Lach was also a member of the state examination commission in Graz, lawyer judge at the Supreme Court in Vienna (1946) and legal counsel for the Christian-social unions .

Lach was a member of the Austrian National Council from December 19, 1945 until his death on September 15, 1948 (for the Christian Social Party or the ÖVP )
