Franz Leiner

Franz Leiner (born November 8, 1877 in Schillehnen (East Prussia) , † 1951 in Ritzow ) was a German hydraulic engineer and university professor .

Life

After completing his studies, he went into building management and was employed as a government building manager in Tilsit . In 1909 he received his doctorate at the Herzoglich Technische Hochschule Carolo-Wilhelmina in Braunschweig . As a government architect a. D. he worked in Pillau in 1912 and in Berlin in 1913 . In 1918 he completed his habilitation at the Royal Bavarian Technical University in Munich . From 1919 to 1925 he lectured on economic studies in hydropower expansion. He then worked as a civil engineer in Stolp - Ritzow in Pomerania.
