Franz Palme (politician)
Franz Palme (born August 17, 1865 in Neuwelt near Harrachsdorf (Novy Svet u Harrachova) , Bohemia ; † May 2, 1948 in Altrohlau (Stará Role), Bohemia) was an Austrian politician of the Social Democratic Workers' Party (SdP).
education and profession
After attending primary school , he went to two drawing schools , one in Vienna and one in New World (Nový Svět) and became a porcelain painter .
