Heinz Hesemann

Heinz Hesemann (born September 17, 1910 in Ratibor , Province of Silesia , † April 1945 near Ratibor ) was a German district administrator .

Life

Born as the son of a senior engineer, Hesemann studied law in Heidelberg and Göttingen after attending grammar school in Ratibor and one year in England . During his studies in 1931 he became a member of the Allemannia Heidelberg fraternity . After his exams in 1935 and 1938 he became a government assessor in Ratibor and in 1939 in Birkenfeld. From 1941 to 1944 he was district administrator in the Berent district . From 1939 to 1940 and again from 1944 he did military service as an orderly officer and lieutenant in the reserve . He was killed in fighting near Racibórz.
