Franz Xaver Biegger

Franz Xaver Biegger (born February 17, 1801 in Tettnang ; † November 10, 1839 there ) was a German lawyer and member of the Württemberg state estates ( Second Chamber ) in the vain state parliament of 1833.

Life

Biegger was born in 1801 as the son of an organist and, after attending grammar school in Tettnang, studied law in Vienna and Tübingen . In 1820 he joined the fraternity in Vienna and in 1821 the fraternity Germania Tübingen . As a member of the Wiener Commersverein , he was imprisoned and expelled. After completing his studies, he worked as a legal advisor and city ​​councilor in Tettnang. In 1833 he became a member of the Second Chamber of the Württemberg Landtag. In 1839 he committed suicide by shooting himself in the head out of gloom.
