Franz Zagermann
Franz Zagermann (born July 28, 1882 in Zagern , Braunsberg district , † February 26, 1945 in Glockstein , Warmia ) was a German Roman Catholic priest.
Zagermann studied at the Lyceum Hosianum and was ordained a priest on June 23, 1907. In 1945, Zagermann was shot in the head by two Soviet soldiers in Warmia.
Franz Zagermann is revered as a martyr . The diocesan information process for beatification was successfully completed on November 5, 2011, and the documents were forwarded to Rome. He may be called "Venerable Servant of God".
