Franziska Rösel

Franziska Rösel (born October 1, 1870 in Würnitz as Franziska Weiser ; † May 3, 1934 ) was an Austrian politician ( CSP ) and district leader of the Catholic women's organization. From 1925 to 1927 she was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Rösel attended elementary school in Harmannsdorf and then graduated from home economics school in Retz . She worked as an employee of Countess Kinsky-Wilczek and founded numerous groups of the Catholic women's organization and a midwifery organization in Burgenland . She was politically active as a councilor in Korneuburg and on April 3, 1925, she succeeded Franz Lang in the Lower Austrian state parliament, to which she belonged until the end of the legislative period. Rösel left the state parliament on May 20, 1927.
