Franziska Streun

Franziska Streun (born June 22, 1963 in Thun ) is a Swiss writer and journalist .

biography

From 1981 Franziska Streun worked as a secretary, clerk and executive assistant in private companies in the Zurich area . In 1985 she started working for the Swiss Radio and Television Company ( SRG / SSR ) in Zurich, and from 1992 in Bern. Her stations included the technical services department (national coordination office for radio and TV transmission lines and Eurovision operations), Swiss television (DRS, production assistant for the programs “ Rundschau ”, “ Zyschtigsclub ”, “ Literaturclub ” and “Medienclub”) , in Bern the Swiss Radio International press office and the “Television Staff” department at the SRG General Management. In 1995 Franziska Streun began to write for the Thuner Tagblatt . Her first book was published in 2009.

Streun is a member of the Association of Authors of Switzerland (AdS), the Association of Bernese Writers and the German-Swiss PEN Center . For the Gyger murder case - a search for clues , Franziska Streun was nominated as “Journalist of the Year 2013”.
