Fred De Palma (* 3. November 1989 in Turin as Federico Palana ) is an Italian rapper .

Career

De Palma began to attract attention from 2008 in hip-hop competitions between Milan and Turin. With Dirty C he founded the duo Royal Rhymes in 2010, which released an album and an EP on Trumen Records in 2011 . As freestylers De Palma also participated in the MTV telecast Spit MTV part. In 2012 he also released his solo debut album FDP. In the following year he reached third place on MTV Spit and in 2014 his second album Lettera al successo was released . De Palma worked with Guè Pequeno for the single Rodeo , and Rocco Siffredi had a guest appearance in the accompanying music video .

Now with the major label Warner , the rapper released his third album BoyFred in 2015 , with which he reached the top 10 of the album charts for the first time. Hanglover followed suit two years later . The successful single Il cielo guarda te , with the participation of the singer Giulia Jean, was produced by Takagi & Ketra . Fred De Palma continued this collaboration in 2018 and 2019 for the summer hits D'estate non vale and Una volta ancora (both sung by Ana Mena ). The latter was the hit of 2019 in Italy.
