Frederick Hibbins ( Frederick Newton "Fred" Hibbins; ) (born March 23, 1890 in Stamford , † 1969 ibid) was a British long-distance runner .

In 1911 and 1912 he became the English cross-country champion . At the Cross of Nations he was fifth in 1911 and third in 1912.

In the cross-country run at the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he came in 15th place in the individual ranking and won bronze with the British team. Over 5000 m he qualified for the final with his personal best of 15: 27.6 minutes, over 10,000 m he was eliminated in the preliminary run.
