Freischling

Freischling is a village and a cadastral community in the market town of Schönberg am Kamp in the Krems-Land district in Lower Austria .

location

The village is located southeast of Gars am Kamp on the northern foothills of the Manhartsberg .

history

There are Neolithic and Urnfield finds. The place was mentioned in a document at the end of the 12th century.

Building

The street group village has a square-like expansion on the through road in front of the church. A cross street on the eastern outskirts has a one to two-storey building with two-sided and three-sided courtyards.
