French Affair

French Affair is a French - German pop - group , whose biggest hit has been released by 2000 single My Heart Goes Boom (La Di Da Da) was.

biography

Singer Barbara Alcindor (* 1974 ) grew up in Paris and later moved to London . Soon afterwards she met the Dreyer brothers (Torsten & Karsten Dreyer), who would later become their producer duo .

The debut album Desire , from which the single Do What You Like was later released, reached number 67 in Germany.

This was followed by other single releases such as Sexy (2002) and Comme ci, comme ça (2004). Meanwhile, with a new singer Aimee, the single Symphonie d'amour was released in January 2006 , which was soon followed by an album in French called Rendezvous .

In July 2008 the album La belle époque was released, on which the singles Sexy , I Like That , Comme ci, comme ça and Ring Ding Dong as well as previously unreleased tracks from the collaboration with Alcindor are.

Alcindor herself has in the meantime made her voice available to the dance project Proper Filthy Naughty and achieved considerable success with the song Fascination, at least in Latin America. Her voice can also be heard on King Rocs' album Chapters in the song Beautiful but Weird .
