Sacha Borovitch is the head of a drug dealing ring. He is developing his network in France. The underworld calls it "Le Francais". From the beginning, Sacha challenges the police. He is a drug addict and unpredictable in all his decisions and also dangerous for his own people because of his weakness and his appetite for beautiful women. Tony and his anti-drug unit try to exploit this weakness to infiltrate the gangsters. Disguised as call girls, two special agents (Katsuni and Yasmine) want to spy on Sacha.
