French Open 1972 (badminton)

The 1972 French Open in Badminton took place from April 22 to 23, 1972 in Le Havre . It was the 42nd edition of the championship. The tournament was about to be canceled due to scheduling difficulties at the originally planned venue in Paris. In the short term, Le Havre took over the tournament and thus secured the hosting of the 1972 French Open.
