Frieder Arndt
Frieder Arndt (* 1961 in Hanau ; † April 26, 2017 ibid) was a German comedian who was at the side of his stage partner primarily through his role as Karl-Heinz Hufnagel , the male part of the duo "Hiltrud and Karl-Heinz" Petra Giesel became known.
Life
Arndt was born in 1961 as the younger of two sons into the Hanau confectionery family Schien and later took over the branch of his parents' café on Rosenstrasse . He also earned his living as a copywriter .
After studying economics and German , Arndt studied theater studies , which laid the foundation for his later stage life. After various theater appearances on different stages, he created the comedian duo "Hiltrud and Karl-Heinz" in 2002 with his long-time girlfriend Petra Giesel. Hesse wide notoriety gained Frieder Arndt by various television appearances in Hesse laughs to Fassenacht where he under the pseudonym Karl-Heinz alone occurred as well as together with Petra Gieselmann.
Frieder Arndt died after a long illness on April 26, 2017 at the age of 56 in his hometown of Hanau.
