The Villa Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 418 is located in the Wuppertal district of Elberfeld-West on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße , which is classified here as Bundesstraße 7 , in the Stockmannsmühle location .

Building description

The two-storey villa, built in 1883, has an articulated plastered facade in late classicist style with ashlar plaster and continuous parapet cornices.

Located on the eastern side of a staircase stem, the terrace with baluster - parapet is upstream. The spacious staircase was equipped with a round arched lead-glazed window and fluted pillars. The villa had a hipped roof as the roof, which has a platform in the ridge area with a surrounding wrought iron railing.

The interior of the villa with stucco wall and ceiling plaster was provided with wooden flights of stairs with turned banisters. The stairs and the railing on the ground floor are made of marble.

On the western side there is a round arched gate, which is held with ashlar plaster in the style of the villa building.

history

The villa was registered as a monument on January 16, 1986 in the list of monuments of the city of Wuppertal. The scope of protection also extends to the side arched gate and the enclosure wall. The historical interior of the building is also explicitly mentioned in the scope of protection of the monument protection.
