The house at Friedrich-Engels-Strasse 16 is a listed building in the town of Gernrode, part of the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located west of Gernröder's old town on the north side of Friedrich-Engels-Straße and is listed as a villa in the local register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The two-storey plastered villa was built in the style of late classicism . It is strictly symmetrical. The street-side facade is characterized by a central risalit with two axes . There is a simple truss at the gable . The windows of the house are framed by flat plaster. There are parapet mirrors below the windows .
The property fence and the garden design are no longer part of the construction period.
