Friedrich Carl Gustav Gericke
Friedrich Carl Gustav Gericke (born January 4, 1755 in Hildesheim , † January 29, 1817 in Lüdgeri ) was a German senior bailiff and economist.
Gericke leased the Heinde estate near Hildesheim and then, as an economic clerk, the Lüdgeri monastery near Helmstedt , where he set up an agricultural institute.
He edited the fourth edition of Christian Friedrich Germershausen's housemother , edited the “Oekonomische Hefte” with Kiesewald 1792–1808 and translated the essay “Attempt to heal the snot and worms of horses” by Louis-Victor Collaine (1780–1840) in 1812 into German.
