Friedrich Deerberg

Friedrich Deerberg (born September 30, 1876 in Oberhausen , † after 1938) was a German lawyer and politician ( DNVP ).

Life

After graduating from high school, Deerberg studied law in Bonn , Halle and Berlin . He passed the first state examination in law in December 1898 and received his doctorate in 1899 as Dr. jur. and finished his studies in May 1904 with the second state examination in law. He then entered the Prussian judicial service and worked as a court assessor and lawyer at the Duisburg District Court and the Duisburg Regional Court . He later moved to the Berlin Court of Appeal , was first appointed to the District Court Council in 1922 and then to the Chamber Court Councilor in 1923. From 1928 until after 1938 he was President of the Senate at the Court of Appeal. He was also licensed as a lawyer and notary.

Deerberg was a member of the Prussian state constitutional assembly from 1919 to 1921 and was then elected to the Prussian state parliament. In 1931 he resigned from his state parliament mandate.
