District court Duisburg
The Duisburg District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts in the district of the Duisburg Regional Court . The main building of the court is at König-Heinrich-Platz in the center of Duisburg, with a branch office at Kardinal-Galen-Strasse 124–130.
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is Duisburg in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the city districts of Mitte , Rheinhausen and Süd of the independent city of Duisburg.
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Duisburg Regional Court is superordinate to the Duisburg District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Düsseldorf .
