District court Mülheim an der Ruhr
The district court of Mülheim an der Ruhr is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts in the district of the district court of Duisburg .

building
The building was built from 1899–1902 according to a design by construction officer Paul Thoemer from the Prussian Ministry of Public Works and, in addition to the courthouse, also included a wing with a prison for 5 female and 38 male prisoners.
