The District Court of Duisburg-Ruhrort is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts in the district of the District Court of Duisburg .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Duisburg-Ruhrort in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the districts of Duisburg-Meiderich-Beeck with the districts of Bruckhausen, Beeck, Beeckerwerth, Laar, Untermeiderich, Mittelmeiderich, Obermeiderich and Duisburg-Homberg / Ruhrort with the districts of Ruhrort, Alt-Homberg, Hochheide, Baerl of the city of Duisburg .

Superior courts

The Duisburg Regional Court is superordinate to the Duisburg-Ruhrort District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Düsseldorf .
