District court Duisburg-Hamborn
The district court of Duisburg-Hamborn is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts in the district of the district court of Duisburg .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is Duisburg-Hamborn in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the districts of Duisburg-Walsum with the districts of Vierlinden, Overbruch, Alt-Walsum, Aldenrade, Wehofen, Fahrn and Duisburg-Hamborn with the districts of Röttgersbach, Marxloh, Obermarxloh, Neumühl, Alt-Hamborn in the independent city of Duisburg .
history
The court was established by a Prussian law of December 18, 1920 to November 1, 1921 for the then still independent city of Hamborn.
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Duisburg Regional Court is superordinate to the Duisburg-Hamborn District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Düsseldorf .
