Friedrich Jütte

Friedrich Jütte (born February 17, 1872 in Meschede , † April 23, 1945 in Berleburg ) was a German manager and politician ( DVP ).

Jütte did an apprenticeship in a bank and then was a businessman in the iron industry. From 1897 to 1904 he worked as an office manager at Thyssen's works in Hamborn - Bruckhausen . In June 1904 he became commercial director of the Bremerhütte corporation. After this was merged with the Storch-Schünefeld Aktiengesellschaft für Bergbau und Hüttenbetrieb, Geisweid near Siegen, in 1917, he became the company's director and board member.

He was a member of the Siegen Chamber of Commerce and President of the Siegen Chamber of Commerce and Industry from June 1927 to April 1933 . After the seizure of power by the Nazis, he was part of the " Gleichschaltung deposed" the Chambers in 1933 by the new rulers as chamber president and by Ottomar recently replaced.

He was a member of the DVP. For this he was an official, member of the district council and the district committee of the district of Siegen and a member of the state railway council. From 1919 to 1925 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Westphalia . This elected him on June 26, 1923 as a deputy member of the Prussian State Council . He remained in this position until 1930.

He was an honorary citizen of the University of Münster.
