Friedrich Langhorst

Friedrich Langhorst (born April 15, 1872 in Espelkamp ; † February 16, 1935 in Dresden ) was a German politician , union secretary and member of the Saxon state parliament .

The former miner was district manager of the Saxon Miners' Association until 1925 . Until 1933 he was a full-time shop steward at the Saxon Knappschaft , Freiberg .

Langhorst ( SPD ) was a member of the Saxon state parliament from 1920 to 1926. He died as a result of the Gestapo interrogation in the Dresden police prison. He allegedly committed suicide the day after his arrest.
