Friedrich Ludwig Kühne

Friedrich Ludwig (Louis) Kühne (born January 15, 1751 in Markt Alvensleben in Saxony-Anhalt , † May 5, 1828 in Wanzleben ) was a German politician . From 1808 to 1813 he was a member of the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia .

Life

Kühne was the son of the landowner and chief magistrate in Sülldorf and Alvensleben, Johann Philipp Kühne. In 1811 his eldest son Philipp August Kühne (1777–1845) took over the Prussian domain of Wanzleben.

Friedrich Ludwig Kühne was married twice. First marriage to Luise Christiane Elisabeth Sibeth (1735–1786) and second marriage to Minna Gansauge (1761–1806). Both marriages resulted in twelve children, including Ludwig Bogislaus Samuel Kühne , a Prussian statesman who had great influence on the Prussian state finance administration from 1820 to around 1850 and a co-founder of the German customs union .
