Friedrich Schreiber (born July 19, 1934 in Kronstadt , Transylvania , Romania ) is a German SPD politician .

education and profession

Friedrich Schreiber attended elementary school and grammar school in Kronstadt , where he graduated from high school in 1951. After relocating to the Federal Republic of Germany, he attended the Hausach grammar school, where he again graduated from high school in 1954. From 1954 to 1958 he studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Munich. Schreiber passed the first and second state examination in law. From 1967 he was an associate lawyer, then he joined the financial administration . From 1968 to 1971 he worked as a department head at the tax offices of Dortmund-Süd and Arnsberg. From 1972 he worked as a senior government councilor in the training department of the regional finance office in Münster . In 1975 he was retired in accordance with the State Legal Status Act. In 1980 he resigned from office in accordance with Section 32 of the North Rhine-Westphalia Deputies Act (AbgG NW). From 1975 he worked as a specialist lawyer for tax law.

Friedrich Schreiber has been a member of the SPD since 1964. In 1967 he became a member of the board of directors of the Geisecke local association . From 1970 to 1975 he was a member of the Iserlohn district board. From 1975 to 1977 he was deputy chairman of the city association of Schwerte. He was a member and SPD parliamentary group chairman of the Geisecke municipal council from 1969 to 1975 and from 1975 to 1984 he was a member of the council of the new town of Schwerte. In the Council he also acted as deputy group leader. Schreiber is a member of the German Tax Union .

Friedrich Schreiber was a directly elected member of the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia from May 28, 1975 to May 31, 1995 for constituency 121 Iserlohn-Land I and constituency 136 Unna I.
