Friedrich Schwarzott

Friedrich Schwarzott (born August 20, 1890 in Neunkirchen , † August 6, 1967 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and a wagon entrepreneur. Schwarzott was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1945 to 1964 and a member of the Federal Council from 1959 to 1960 .

After elementary school, Schwarzott attended the community school and did his military service from 1907 to 1910 from 1912 to 1913 and during the First World War from 1914 to 1918. From 1920 he was professionally active as a transport company, where he was awarded the professional title of commercial councilor . From 1935 to 1938 he held the function of the provincial guild master of Lower Austria's carters and from 1947 to 1965 he was chairman of the traffic section in the Chamber of Commerce for Lower Austria. In addition, from 1950 he held the office of curator of the Economic Development Institute of the Chamber of Commerce for Lower Austria and from 1962 was Federal Chairman of the Transport Section. Schwarzott represented the ÖVP in the state parliament from December 12, 1945 to November 19, 1964 and was Federal Councilor between June 4, 1959 and January 25, 1960.
