The season 1905/06 was the first 25-1933 under the North German Football Association discharged championships in the number of districts wavering.

“Fred, the lion-like warrior with the characteristic, ever-slipping stockings and the manly spitting of hands before the start of an attack”, one of Adolf “Adsch” Werner's two younger brothers , won eight district championships in his club membership, seven of them in a row. Due to the successes achieved, his team was represented seven times in the finals for the North German Championship. After his team had failed in the first four finals in the semifinals, three championships followed. On April 10, 1910, the final against Werder Bremen in Hamburg was 7-1, the final against the FuCC Eintracht 1895 Braunschweig 6-1 , which was repeated in Hamburg on April 23, 1911, and again at the same location against the latter club Won the final held on April 21, 1912 3-2. Although his team was qualified three times for the final round of the German championship , "Fred" Werner was only used in the first two finals. He made his debut on April 17, 1910 in the Hoheluft Stadium in a 4-1 victory against BFC Preussen from Berlin in the quarter-finals . He was also used in the semi-finals , in the 6-0 victory over Rixdorf FC Tasmania 1900 - also in the Hoheluft stadium. The final against Karlsruher FV , held in Cologne on May 15, was only lost in the 114th minute by Max Breunig's penalty goal with 0: 1. Werner played his last two final round matches on May 7, 1911 in Bremen in a 3-1 quarter-final win over Duisburger SpV and on May 21, 1911 in the Hoheluft stadium in the semi-finals against BTuFC Viktoria 89 , which was lost 4-0.
