Friedrich Wilhelm Quintscher , (born October 3, 1883 in Nossen ; † May 8, 1945 in Seichau an der Jauer ; pseudonyms: Rah-Omir, Ram Ophias, Chakum Kabbali, Fredo von der Welt) was a German occultist , founder of the order and writer, who was close to Adonism .

Life

Quintscher was the founder and member of numerous Masonic raised, but in structure and teaching content according to the rules of the Freemasons , completely irregular associations such as the Order of Mental Builders , who temporarily worked with Franz Sättler , the Workers Freemasons Association (1921), the African Builders Lodge , the Johannis Brothers and other mystical groups. In 1926 Quintscher made contact with Eugen Grosche, the master of the chair of the Fraternitas Saturni. On February 19, 1927, he was accepted into the Fraternitas Saturni by Eugen Grosche in a solemn box as a neophyte brother. In January 1929 he left the Fraternitas Saturni again due to financial difficulties. In 1932 he published four issues of a magazine in Dresden, which was called "Erdbruderschaft, news paper for the maintenance of a natural-mystical worldview". His writings are primarily practical instructions for magic and deal with topics such as dream training, magnetization, hypnosis , mirror work, talismanology, sun and moon magic or image magic. According to uncertain sources, Quintscher was arrested and shot by the Nazis.

Quintscher's son considered himself the heir to the esoteric estate of Franz Bardon , while similar rights were also claimed by the Rüggeberg publishing house. Quintscher's writings have been available as reprints for a number of years and are particularly popular in the occult scene.
