Frithjof Aurich

Frithjof Aurich (born October 9, 1933 , † September 16, 2013 in Allensbach ) was a German physical chemist .

Frithjof Aurich received his doctorate from the TH Stuttgart in 1965 ( an apparatus for measuring fluorescence polarization and its application to some solutions of aromatic compounds ). He was a professor of physical chemistry at the Technical University of Berlin (Iwan Stranski Institute). He retired on October 31, 1995. Aurich died in September 2013 in the Hegne monastery .
