Fritz Böhmer

Fritz Böhmer (born March 2, 1899 in Oestinghausen ; † May 13, 1973 in Ense ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed a teacher training course and worked as a teacher from 1926 to 1964 . Böhmer was married and had five children.

He was a member of the district council of the Soest district from 1952 to 1969. From October 16, 1964 to November 12, 1969 he was the district administrator of Bohemia. He was also chairman of the CDU district association. He was also a member of various committees of the district assembly of North Rhine-Westphalia .

On September 30, 1970, Böhmer was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class.
