Fritz Geise

Fritz (Ernst Friedrich Simon) Geise (born January 19, 1871 in Tintrup near Blomberg , † November 21, 1966 in Detmold ) was a German politician of the DDP and chronicler of the Second World War .

He was a member of the State Presidium of the State of Lippe from March 10, 1926 to 1930. Before that, he worked as a primary school teacher and from 1922 was responsible for supervising the Lippe vocational schools. From 1932 he was given the position of a school council and was forced to retire in April 1933.

During the Second World War he wrote a chronicle of almost 1000 pages, which he bequeathed to the city of Lage .
