history

The hamlet was founded by the Counts of Andechs in the High Middle Ages. The earliest mention of fronnloch dates back to the 14th century. In the 16th century, the three farms in Fronloh, like Garatshausen and Feldafing, belonged to the landed gentry Kaspar Weiler . In 1565 he received the Hofmark privilege for his hamlet . In 1694 the Hofmark was divided between the Armansperg (later: Soyer) and Schrenk. In 1720/21 the entire Hofmark came into the possession of the Ruffin zu Planegg . In 1817 the Hofmark belonged to Count Thürheim and from 1825 until the revolution in 1848 to von Hirsch .

After the Second World War, the place was heavily settled, whereby the old village structures are still clearly recognizable today. Today Fronloh belongs to Krailling.
