Frontiers Music , formerly Frontiers Records , is a music label founded as a record label in 1998 by Serafino Perugino in Naples , Italy .

history

From 1996, Perugino took over the Italian distribution for numerous artists from the field of melodic rock and gained an excellent reputation in the industry, so that he was soon able to found an independent label.

Frontiers Records was founded in 1998. The label started with the claim to offer high quality products from the field of melodic rock. The first own release was the double live album Never Say Goodbye by the British group Ten.

In addition to signing new artists in the genre, Frontiers Records also managed to sign up well-known and well-known artists such as Winger , Styx , Toto , Joe Lynn Turner , Journey , Thunder , Survivor , Glenn Hughes or House of Lords and to publish their music .

In December 2010, Frontiers Records concluded a distribution contract with "EMI Music Distribution", initially valid for the USA and Canada . There is an exclusive distribution agreement with Infinity Entertainment for sales in Greece and Cyprus .

In January 2016 it was announced that Derek Shulman was working for the label as the A&R manager .
