Fuego ( German  fire ) is a song by the Albanian - Greek pop singer Eleni Foureira from 2018. Text and music are by Alex Papaconstantinou, Geraldo Sandell, Anderz Wrethov, Viktor Svensson and Didrick. Papaconstantinou and Svensson were already responsible for the Cypriot Eurovision contribution La La Love from 2012. Foureira represented Cyprus with the title at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 , where she qualified for the final in the first semi-final. There she reached second place with 436 points. This result is the best position Cyprus has so far achieved at the ESC. The song also reached number 1 on the Greek digital singles chart.
