Fumin County ( 富民县 , Fùmín Xiàn ) is a district in the prefecture -level city of Kunming , the capital of Yunnan Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 993 km² and counts about 140,000 (2004). Its main town is the street district of Yongding .
Administrative structure
At the community level, the district is made up of five large communities and a street district. These are:
