The Furubotnnabben ( Norwegian ) is a 1324 m high and partly snow-covered mountain in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises in the north-western end of Sivorgfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1987 after Lorentz Furobotn (1890–1975), a communist resistance fighter against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
