Gábor Faldum (born June 24, 1988 in Baja ) is a Hungarian duathlete and triathlete , Olympian (2016) and national triathlon champion (2015).

Career

Gábor Faldum was born in 1988 as the third child in the city of Baja. He has two older and two younger sisters. In 2004 he started at the Duathlon World Championships for Juniors and finished 29th as the third-best Hungarian. In 2010 he was the best Hungarian in 15th place at the U23 World Triathlon Championship.
In 2015 he became Hungarian champion on the triathlon sprint distance.

Gábor Faldum started at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in August 2016 and finished 20th as the best Hungarian.
