Gösta Otto Runö (born  December 9, 1896 in Stockholm , †  November 13, 1922 in Linköping ) was a Swedish athlete who was active in modern pentathlon .

He took part in the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp and won the running and swimming disciplines. In the overall standings, he finished in third place, which earned him the bronze medal.

Runo was a military pilot and held the rank of lieutenant. On November 13, 1922 he crashed with his Phönix D.III near Linköping and died.
