Günther E. Braun
Günther E. Braun (* 1948 ) is a German economist .
Life
He studied business administration , economics and German studies at the University of Tübingen ( state examination for higher teaching qualifications at commercial schools in 1972). After receiving his doctorate at the TH Stuttgart in 1976, he was a research assistant and academic adviser at the University of Essen and TH Darmstadt from 1976 to 1986 . After completing his habilitation in Darmstadt in 1984 , he taught from 1986 to 2013 as a professor of business administration at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich .
His main research interests are management in health care facilities, health services research, pharmacoeconomics, public management in public companies and public management in public administrations.
