Günther Troppmann

Günther Troppmann (* 1951 in Neunburg vorm Wald ) is a German manager and former CEO of the DKB .

Life

Troppmann studied mathematics and business administration in Regensburg . He then worked at the Bavarian Savings Banks and Giro Association and at the Bayerische Landesbank . Günther Troppmann was CEO of Deutsche Kreditbank from 1996 to 2012. Since March 2013 he has been an honorary member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Kreditbank. He is a member of the supervisory board of MITEC Automotive . In addition, Troppmann is a member of the board of trustees of Deutsche Sporthilfe and the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg .

From December 2006 to March 2013 he was one of four representatives of the state of Brandenburg on the supervisory board of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH . He was a member of the supervisory board of the Hertha BSC football club and a member of the board of directors of LB (Swiss) Privatbank AG .

Honors

On October 1, 2009 Troppmann was awarded the Order of Merit of the State of Berlin .

Günther Troppmann was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon by Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on February 18, 2018 for his many services to social life, in particular for the promotion of sport and education and his commitment to the development of the new federal states .
