Günther Zechberger

Günther Zechberger (born April 24, 1951 in Zams ) is an Austrian composer who lives in Hall in Tirol .

Life

His compositional work ranges from music for solo instruments, chamber music , choral and orchestral works to computer compositions, room installations, live radio projects and action music . With the " Tiroler Ensemble für Neue Musik ", which he founded in 1984 , Zechberger went on concert tours to Germany , Bulgaria , Italy , Japan , Poland , Hungary , Turkey , Albania , England and Croatia . He headed this ensemble until 2003. Günther Zechberger has been involved in interdisciplinary, multinational network projects in connection with the latest communication technologies for years. The current project is "Drau / Drava - KlangMobil".
