Gürses is an abandoned village in Çınar County in the Turkish province of Diyarbakır . It was nine kilometers southwest of Çınar. The original name was Davudi.
history
Until 1990/1991 there were 433 people of Yazidi and Muslim faith in the village . At the end of the 1980s the village was abandoned in the course of the conflict between the PKK and the Turkish military. The residents moved to other parts of Turkey or emigrated.
