Go Koyama
Gō Koyama ( Japanese 小山 剛 , Koyama Gō ; born April 18, 1960 in Tokyo ) is a Japanese legal scholar and professor of constitutional law at Keiō University (Tokyo).
Life
From 1979 to 1986 Koyama studied law at Keiō University. From 1987 he spent a two-year research stay at the University of Cologne as a DAAD scholarship holder ( Klaus Stern chair ).
From 1990 to 1993 Koyama taught at the Aichi ( Nagakute ) Prefectural Women's Short School . He then moved to the Faculty of Law at Meijō University ( Nagoya ), where he taught until March 2002. In 2001 Koyama was a visiting professor at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg .
Since April 2002, Koyama has taught at Keiō University, where he was appointed full professor of constitutional law in 2004.
Koyama is currently a reviewer for the Japanese Research Association for German Constitutional Law ( ド イ ツ 憲法 判例 研究 会 , Doitsu kempō hanrei kenkyūkai ), a member of the Commission for Human Rights of the Broadcasting Ethics & Program Improvement Organization (BPO; 放送 倫理 ・ 番 組 向上 機構 , Hōsō rinri bangikō bangikō , Hōsō ) as well as permanent member of the board of the "Japanese Society for Public Law" ( 日本 公法 学会 , Nihon kōhōgakkai ).
