from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

G. H. Rischmüller was a shipyard in St. Magnus near Bremen .

In 1851 Georg Heinrich Rischmüller took over a shipbuilding company on the Lesum from Eberhard Focke and built around 20 ships here in the following ten years. In addition to barges and eaves from 10 to 50 RT, briggs , barges and schooners , full ships were also built here, which were mainly delivered to shipowners on the Lower Weser . When the owner Rischmüller died in 1862, the shipyard was leased by Oltmann's widow , who continued to run it until 1868.
