GPC (civil G. Coleman ) is a Frankfurter Underground - rapper and founder of the label Main Empire . Other pseudonyms of the artist are Die Mainratte , Gagga , Schneemann and Eros der Bo $$ .

biography

GPC appeared for the first time around 2003 on publications by the Berlin artist Kaisaschnitt . His first solo release Main Leben was distributed in 2004 by the independent label Distributionz . The album was produced by Roulette and includes guest contributions from Kaisaschnitt and King Orgasmus One, among others .

GPC has been releasing its music under its own label Mainimperium since 2007 . The release of the album Rote Augen , produced in cooperation with Hirntot Records in 2009, was delayed due to the seizure of sound carriers by the SEK Berlin during a house search on suspicion of a violation of the War Weapons Control Act .

In 2017 GPC joined KDM Shey at the splash! Festival on.

The Hamburg rapper Haiyti described GPC in an interview as a "hero in German rap", the Stuttgart rapper RIN dedicated a line to the artist in his song Blackout .
