Gabriel Da Costa (born February 21, 1984 in Melun ) is a French - Polish ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Ducs de Dijon in the Ligue Magnus since 2010 . His brothers Stéphane and Teddy are also ice hockey players.
Career
Gabriel Da Costa began his career as an ice hockey player in his French homeland at Gap Hockey Club , for whose professional team he was active in the Ligue Magnus from 2003 to 2005 . The attacker then moved to the Polish club Zagłębie Sosnowiec , for which he was on the ice in the Ekstraliga in the following two years . The 2007/08 season he spent with his league rivals Polonia Bytom , before he ran up again for two seasons for his ex-club Zagłębie Sosnowiec.
For the 2010/11 season Da Costa returned to the French Ligue Magnus and signed a contract with the Ducs de Dijon .
